In July of 1973, my aunt, four year old cousin, and a store owner were brutally murdered in East Liverpool Ohio. This case remains unsolved to this day. As a sister to JoAnna Boughner, I would love to see her case reopened. I do not believe nor have I ever believed that they have the real murderer.
